Fogia, Swedish furniture, furniture made to be felt
Your Brand Partner represents the Swedish furniture maker Fogia in Denmark. Founded in 1981, Fogia has grown into one of Sweden’s most recognised design houses, known for combining independent craftsmanship with a distinct design language. Every piece is developed and produced close to Fogia’s own workshops, giving the brand full control over quality, material choice and detailing — from the first sketch to the finished piece of furniture.
A design philosophy built on craft
Fogia works with a small, carefully chosen circle of Scandinavian designers, including Andreas Engesvik, Luca Nichetto, Monica Förster and the studio Norm Architects. The result is a collection where clean, functional forms meet tactile materials, furniture designed not only to look good, but to be lived with, sat in and touched every day. This attention to detail and material honesty has made Fogia a natural fit for both private homes and demanding commercial interiors.
The collection
Fogia’s collection spans lounge chairs, sofas, modular shelving, tables and accessories. Among the most requested pieces is the Bollo Lounge Chair by Andreas Engesvik, celebrating its tenth anniversary this year and one of the brand’s most enduring designs. Alongside Bollo, the Tiki sofa and lounge chair series, the modular Bond shelving system and the Niche club chair remain among the collection’s most sought-after pieces, a mix of soft, sculptural seating and flexible storage solutions that work equally well in a living room or a reception area
Built for ambitious interior projects
Fogia furniture is a familiar sight in hotels, offices, restaurants and other commercial interiors across Europe, chosen by architects and interior specifiers who need furniture that performs under daily, heavy use without losing its character. For Danish architects and interior designers, Fogia offers a rare combination: Scandinavian design integrity paired with the robustness required for contract and hospitality projects.
